Despite My Peeve About White People Who Know Nothing About Black and Brown People, Talking About Black and Brown People

I am not going to rag on a certain racist adjacent white lady blogger for continuing to talk about Black and/or brown brown people.  But to say this, and repeat myself in sum:  when white (lady bloggers) people talk about black and/or brown people, they prove how little they know about us, and give us increasing reasons to despise them and their disrespect for Black and/or brown people.  For your own good, shut the fuck up about black and brown people.  

Now for the main thing.  I had an idea about how Rush Limbaugh  and Newt Gingrich are two people who are most to blame for the shit show that is the GOP lately.  And in a related vein, the GOP is so unhinged from fact and reason they will celebrate the destruction of our democracy,  But I actually was looking for an image to go with my specific thought that Rush's evil plan is going on as he hoped even if he is dead. And that is how I found out that he was buried with military honors.  I find that to be disgusting but is there anything about the GOP lately that isn't?

Limbaugh Redefines Racism in an Astounding Way.

But he is not the first, really.  But this is the most notable incident of it being justified.  In any event, fuck Rush Limbaugh and any one else who buys this line of shit.

Now I have been arguing that this was where the GOP racists were going.  I have argued it against people employing the tactic.  I have raged against it here.  And he is not alone is selling this  stinky racist itself line of thinking  --  if you point out my racism, your are the racist.  A certain elderly Law Professor Blogger  was singing the same ignorant shit-song regarding specifically  regarding the infamous  Romney birther joke.  I broke my almost sorta pledged to stop mentioning Althouse, but that ignorant shit was like waving a red cape in front of me.

But now Rush goes on a rant.  Here it comes.  The signal has been sent.  From here on out until election day  (and if Obama wins, there after for the next four years) we are going to have motherfuckers like Limbaugh going more on the attack with patently, obviously racist shit, and their stock reply will be,   if you point out my racism, your are the racist.  Except they won't admit to the racism part. 

I said it was going to get really really bad kids.  And we are way past that point.  The GOP does not care if they have to rely not only on every racist trick in the book to try to steal this election.  They might invent some new racist shit too.  At least innovate with their racism.



PS.  Since I did go and mention Althouse again, I will correct another ignorant thing she said.  Se was remaking about how some people say or imply that Romney is not human or human enough.  And in the form of a question, she implied that that kind of thinking was racist.

No, ignorant elderly lady. The correct term would be speciesist.  Well it would be, if anyone were stupid enough not to know a metaphor from a declaration or inference of fact.  As a metaphor it's about as common as dirt, as far as being something wide spread across the planet for eons, goes.

Colossal Idiots

That one particular colossal idiot who blogs as Instapundit is one of the leaders of this ad hoc defend Rush Limbaugh campaign.  His idea?  Get people to cancel their cable/HBO  (on account of Bill Maher calling Mrs. Palin a cunt, months ago,) and tell the cable company why.  And then he wants people to buy this device for streaming content to their TV  with out a cable.  (And he wants them to do that through his Amazon affiliate what the fuck ever link.) It's called Roku.

And one of the content providers you can get on your Roku Box, is HBO.

I can't even make shit like this up!  What a colossal idiot.

But I am holding him up as just one of the Rush Defenders.  Apparently  this is their logic.  It's bad to target a broadcaster's advertisers, so they are on the one hand, targeting the advertisers who have dropped Rush, and on the other hand, attacking HBO for Bill Maher.

Again.  I can't even make this shit up.

Meantime, I actually listened to a couple minutes of Rush's show today.  He's playing the victim.  He was trying to make some false equivalence argument about the new TV show that is called  GCB.  It is abbreviated that way because the book that's the source for the show was titled Good Christian Bitches.

As if that in any way changes the fact that Rush is a serial, decades  long abusive, ugly, nasty piece of shit?

Off the Cuff . . .

I am thrilled that Rush Limbaugh is still taking heat.  Or is it fire?  Lots of folk are savaging him, particularly for his "negation" of his apology;  he denied that he attacked her.  As if hurling all kinds of harsh and ugly language at a specific person in ever not an attack.

And of course, his scumbag douche bag supporters are defending him.  Some are still attacking the law student in equally vile terms.  Some are just still fighting the fight on the issues.  As if that is justification for the ugliness.  Some are doing both.

But (and again, I am going off the cuff here,)  to me the important idea here is the "not attacking," claim.  Which is to say, that Limbaugh and most of those right wing pundits rely on that shit too much.  Granted, I can go quite batshit here.  But hey.  This is a blog by some nobody, on the edge of the Internet.  "Beyond Here Be Monsters," it says, just to the West of where I am on the map of the Internet.  So what I am doing is just venting.  I don't have a real audience.  I certainly do not have followers.  More importantly, I don't have sponsors  (I'm in the same position as Bill Maher, there.  Now I need a gig on HBO!)

But honestly.  I'm taking shots at celeb pundits and candidates.  And even when I resort to bad words, I am not doing anything  that has any impact.  When a syndicated pundit "directs hostile fire" at a citizen, it is a way different matter.  Because  I am the tree that falls in the empty forest.  Syndicated pundits are heard.

And I know there is the specific misogynistic accusation here.  That's a level of specificity that really needs not be given that much attention, seems to me.  As the deal is this.  Not that anyone did not know this before, but on many levels  Limbaugh is and always was a dishonest, abusive piece of shit.  But he has managed to push his luck or said otherwise, the tolerance of the marketplace way the fuck too much. 

It's about 30 years past do, this reckoning.  And this will not end his career.  It will not go down in flames.  But his image and career is now a little singed.

Let's hope he makes things worse for himself, before he makes it better.

That would lead to some schadenfreude I can enjoy, guilt free.

EDITED TO ADD:  (Turns out the time line doesn't support Ann Althouse's Theory.  But talk about truthiness!  I am not deleting my post off the blog as, mostly it's about  the freaky pathology of the right wing;  the perverse and pathological games the pundits play, and the inexplicable respect for that shit, on the part of the rank and file wing nuts.  Not really is this about her.  When I post about her it's usually not really about her.  I use her as the starting point for the monologue.)



Perhaps the most disturbing thing about the reactions to Andrew Breitbart's  (I will not say untimely, since he wasn't a heart attack waiting to happen but was the foreseeable second one,) is what he was praised for.  Mostly by his friends and admirers, but even some of his opponents have praised his drive, his passion, his fearlessness.  And such.  Now I am not saying that objectively all that is evidence of mental illness.  But all you have to do is watch any of several videos of that raging lunatic to know he was a raving lunatic. 

He was unbalanced.  He was rude.  He was antisocial.  He was ugly.  He was manic.  He was out of control.  I believe I already posted here, some blogger's  take on that.  That blogger, a 10 year veteran of law enforcement,  quickly went to crazy, on drugs, or both,  in a "state of mind" description of Breitbart.  I would not doubt if he was a user.  But I think he was mostly crazy.  If they find a tumor the size of a lemon in his brain, I will be no more surprised than I was to find out he dropped dead.

Now transition to Rush Limbaugh, by way of (as I call her)  silly person  Ann Althouse.  Who is not always silly.  Sometimes she can see the forest for the trees, and vice versa.  And this time her observation was spot on. Well  seems so, I'd agree. 

Doing a day after the fact  post concerning Limbaugh's (insufficient) apology to the woman he cruelly called a slut, she made the following observation, concerning Limbaugh:

My other theory about Rush — which Meade doesn't want me to publish — is that he just had to seize the spotlight back from Andrew Breibart, who'd gotten so much attention by dropping dead at the age of 43. Everyone was talking about Breitbart, as if Breitbart had been the biggest thing in right-wing media. We'll never see his like again... and Rush felt compelled to say something truly outrageous. He's always saying he knows how to play the media, to do his "media tweak of the day."

Her first observation there, is easy for me to believe.  It is so easy for me to believe that Limbaugh, either deliberately, or merely out of his depraved, infantile, twisted narcissism, went the extra mean vicious mile, to increase attention on him.  How could I not, once that flag gets sent up the flagpole?

 But that second part, to me, is more sociopathic.  What kind of idiot gets their joy out of tweaking the media? That's just some idiotic,  stupid, pathological game playing.  Not only who would get joy out of it, but who would respect that shit?  (Never mind the fact he got rich doing that pathological shit.  Who are the people who get off on it?)  And to explain, it is more sociopathic to me because  it is the same kind of pathetic, immature  attention  getting misbehaviour.  But if one is deliberately  doing it on a large scale?  And to what end?  What is the point in that sort of demented, dysfuntional activity?

I'll end there.  I will not go much further on right wing love of sociopathy.  I have already written many words on that subject.  I don't need to go deep there, now.

I was looking over on that damn message board I used to waste time at, arguing with GOPers and such nots.  And in a thread started by some asshole I know to be a deep and unrepentant racist, some other sorta racist  guy started in with that, the word racist means nothing  now, shit.

My thought?  Not yet.  You fucking racists haven't achieved total victory on that front, yet.  But I know you are not going to stop trying, and in merely  repeating the meme, you are trying.  Fucking racist.

How's that for a start?

Now on to the hotbed (pun not intended) of white wing nut racism, the U. Texas College Republicans.  I would be lying if I said I was horrified that the replacement for the previous evil president of that club is spewing racist nonsense  (and doubled down on it.)  I expect that sort of shit from those people.  So as far as I concerned, the line fits:  not a new low, but merely  a new medium. 

Ron Paul freaked out when called out on his old racist newsletter.  Now Grandpa Simpson.  Listen up.  It's hard to get reasonable people to take your word you are not a racist, when you let racist people spew racist shit in a newsletter published under your name . . . . .  time and fucking time and more fucking times, again and again.  But go ahead if you must.  Throw a tantrum when called out on the shitty shit that is in your permanent record.  Just like Herb Cain.  See how far whining like a bratty child gets ya?

Oh and speaking of Herb Cain, how's the litigation that will prove you never were the dog you were accused of being, going?  Ya.  I bet he's using the same crack (no pun intended) investigative team used by OJ to find the real killers, and Trump to dig into P. There's that commercial for an insurance company where the woman finds out her prior plan was such a bad decision. She then wonders about all the other bad decisions she might have made in her life?  Ya. That to my mind sums up the typical Cain supporter.  Never mind the ones who played the race card for him.  I mean really.  There's merely stupid.  And then there is evil stupid.  And anyone who ran around playing the race card for Herb Cain is so evil stupid they really need to reevaluate not only every decision of their lives, they need to consult a competent mental health professional  and find out what exactly is their damage, so they can get the appropriate treatment.  But note. 

Some of those people likely are just sociopaths.  There's no real cure or med for that.  But if it's merely a tumor or some shit like that, we can cut the bad out, and leave the good.  Oh.  And if it's merely schizophrenia or some related organic dysfunction?  The new generation of anti psychotic meds are very powerful and do a much better job than the previous gen. (I know this because I have temp worked  directly and indirectly for NJ Pharma  companies.)

Ok.  I went long there,  but the worst part of the whole  Cain minstrel show was not so much the minstrel on stage, but the racist whites who shamelessly got off on that shit.  Anyway . . .

Getting back to evil white right wing racist politicians  taking shots at the Obama  family, that congress critter talking about Michelle's behind?  What sorta bad Meth were you smoking, dood?  Well it's unfair to make it about Hillbilly Crack, when it's likely the other kind of bad drug:  fuck face must listen to too much of that other fuck face, Rush Limbaugh.  He's set the all time historical record for big market pundit who dares go there.

Not that wives looks are totally off limits.  But you out yourself as yourself, if you go there to start, and even worse when it's obviously off the mark.  And the outing is outing one's self as just a hater.

Fucking fucktard Rush Limbaugh. For using the word Uppity toward Mrs. Obama.

Now I know some of these fucking fucktard racist wingnuts love to hide behind the fact that there is a non racist connotation to the world uppity. As in, if you are not talking about a black person, saying that person or group of people don't know their place, is not a big bad insult?

For example, if one were to say Sarah Palin is one uppity bitch that would not be racist, on account of Sarah Palin being as white as Carolina Rice. But it would be sexist now, wouldn't it? Even with out using the force multiplier "bitch."

But here's the deal. When ever the word uppity is thrown at a black person, the racial racist component is built in. One need not say or otherwise publish the full thought,"That uppity nigger don't know their place," for the message to get across loud and clear.

That's the part that these fucking fucktard wing nuts think they are getting away with. So that is why I am starting off this early with the wing nut racist of the week award, and bestowing it on Limbaugh. I hear what you are saying, you fucktard. Deny it all you like, but I know my History and my Linguistics, and my Sociological Study of Institutional and Personal Racism in America well enough to get your meaning. So fuck you. Rachel Maddow Shows How It's Done.

Few journalists/anchors/commenters are so thorough in making a correction. She seems to enjoy it, as far as she is capable of having fun with it. (Oh and as an aside, Megyn Kelly, Satan's Own Shield Maiden is due back on her show next week. She could learn a lot from Rachel about having fun on the show, instead of being a snarling, crook lipped, uptight, angry ice princess. I'd say.)



And if you watch the clip you will see (hear) about Rush Limbaugh's new racist line of attack against P. Obama. "He wants to take away white people's farms . . . .like Mugabe."

Ya I let that slide when I first heard it, as I was stuck on some other witless wing nut rhetoric. But again, kids. I toldja. It was gonna get worse. They were gonna get worse. And I was correct!

So Much Wingnut Stupidity, So Little Time . . .

Firstly, Mrs. Palin, who is denying that the new documentary brought tears to her eyes, and made the Mr. very angry, as the one sequence of media/entertainment celebrities ragging on her adds to the "She's a joke," factor. Since she is denying it, I believe it must be true.

Next, to The Stepford Wife, Bachmann. First Chris Wallace (mindlessly) apologized to her for confronting her with her actual street creds (or lack thereof,) as a flake. Now someone in I think Romney's camp is apologizing for saying she has a little sex appeal. What's next with these delusionally oriented wing nuts? Is someone going to have to apologize for saying she has one head, and 10 fingers and 10 toes? Fuck an even-gelly duck!

Rush Limbaugh used the occasion of the Casey Anthony (mostly) acquittal as an excuse for a very mean cheap shot at liberals. As if liberals had anything to do with the shitty case the prosecution brought way too soon? As a tactical matter, it's a mistke, rushing to trial with a circumstantial (de facto weak) case in a high profile case. The stuipid bastids should have known they were going to be fighting against high level lawyers, with high levels of resources. I hope not to say much more about that case here, but there's an ugly truth about criminal trials. Usually the balance of resources is with the state. When the state gets matched in resources, they better not merely bring their A game but they need to bring their A+++ game, or risk getting spanked. I will stop there on that matter, but to say it ain't got nothing to do with politics. Anyone who thinks that is fucking stupid.

And oh. I am noting, more, a trend among the wing nuts to attribute any action by any one left of center as doing the bidding of the Democratic Party (and the nuttier ones would say George Soros.) Bitches, listen up! If my team were that organized we would have wiped the floor with your punk bitch asses already and the GOP would cease to exist as a national party. Shit. You punk ass bitches usually do more damage to your own damn selves than we do to you. You don't have to stop saying that shit, but saying it doesn't make it true.

Like I Said Earlier, Trust The Comics . . .

Headline of the week, courtesy of those snarky larks over at Wonkette:

"President Caught On ‘Hot Mic’ Saying Things He Should Just Say In Public."

Granted, I think the staff over at Wonkette are not true comics/comedians in the classic sense of the word. But their enterprise is more one of intended to be funny than intending to be serious political commenters. And sometimes I think their collective humor sensibilities are too . . . what's the word I am thinking . . . too much of an inside joke to have broad appeal. But I think they have been getting generally better. Or maybe I am getting their inside jokes better, from osmosis of continued and repeated exposure.

Anyway . . . . And as has long been the case in the wide world, the most funny stuff has not only a germ of truth to it, but has a lot of truth to it. But before I break that part down, and the President's statements as well, let's recap the lyin' liars of the GOP bullshit. Echoing the old line attributed to some Vietnam War Era commander, "We had to bomb the village to save it," the GOP, through Looks-Like-A-Meth-Head, Lyin' Ryan recently proposed to save the Medical Insurance Plan known as "Medicare" by converting it from a Medical Insurance Plan into a voucher plan. Lying assed scumbag weasels. Oh. And the irony in that plan is it closely resembles the dreaded "ObamaCare," as those shits call it. Save, that the one plan requires the younger (healthier) folk to have insurance, and gives them the voucher if they need it. As opposed to the GOP plan, which requires the needy of care elderly to bankrupt themselves. Remember Death Panels? This GOP plan is worse than Death Panels. It's a Death Scheme.

That's the premise. Then P. Obama, actually quite mildly, rebuked Lyin' Ryan's proposal during his speech, earlier this week. More irony. The collective wail out of the wing nuts was that P. Obama was (as Limbaugh said it) bitch slapping Ryan (with out mentioning his name once, mind you.) So I guess Lyin' Ryan is their "Anointed One." Criticize the holes and lies and inhuman policies in his plan and it's HERESY! Ya. These people are that sick.

But on to the Wonkette quote. In an allegedly closed donor meeting, P. Obama made some critical (yet again mildy so) statements about the GOP. The GOP freaked. And that not only is funny, considering the depth and volume of hate he has endured from those shits. But for peeps like me, for Yella Dog Dems, our reply to that was:

About fucking time!

And it proves one of my favorite tactical theories. Keep the pressure on those shit-headed, lying-assed, bully-bigots, and you win. I hope this means that if it is not yet time when Obama takes the gloves off, he at least now knows, it's a fight. And it's a street fight.

Wing nuts are touting and parroting the line of the day, that P. Obama's speech was demagogic. Because telling people that he was not going to let the budget be fixed on the backs of the middle class, working class, poor, and elderly with out making the millionaires pay more.

That's what passes for demagogy, if you are Rush Limbaugh, Charles Krauthammer, or Rep Paul Lyin' Ryan. Oh. I decided to call him that before the CBO came out with the proof, that I was on the nose, with that nic for the truth and arithmetically challenged Mr. Ryan. (But I won't pat myself on the back. That was grasping for low hanging fruit, calling a GOP Congress Critter a liar when it comes to, just about anything, actually.)

Oh. Anyway, as I said above, Let the Class War Begin. But not violently. If you run into any rich people not your boss, client, or anyone important in your life, sneer at them with contempt and disdain. Shout the battle cry of the sans-culotes. Say that Robespierre and Danton were right. Sing a line or two of L'Internationale. Let them fat cats know that the days we support them are going to end.

At least, put up a good show of resistance.
