Some Motherfuckers Are That Ignorant.

Some Motherfuckers are upset that the piece of shit who created the vid that served as the match to the flame of the recent Mid East/Islam violence and shit, got picked up.  And questioned.

Some Motherfuckers, even being lawyers and law professors, don't know jack shit.

Some Motherfuckers, even being lawyers and law professors, don't seem to understand that when a motherfucker is on probation they don't have the full rights  of a citizen.

Some Motherfuckers, even being lawyers and law professors, don't seem to understand that when a motherfucker is on probation they are still  "In The System."

Some Motherfuckers, even being lawyers and law professors, don't seem to understand that when a motherfucker is on probation,  their parole officers don't need a good reason to use up the probationary's time  with questioning.

Some Motherfuckers, even being lawyers and law professors, are that ignorant.

Some Motherfuckers, even being lawyers and law professors, are such dickless hacks that they will ignore some of the most basic facts about criminal conviction and the criminal justice system, in order to advance their idiotic  "Free Speech"  religion.

I have no use for religion at all.  None.  So I really do not like the idea of kowtowing to religious extremists.  But as a matter of practical reality, I am not willing to bet my life on that, every minute of every day.

Some motherfuckers  need to chill.  And shut the fuck up.

Colossal Idiots

That one particular colossal idiot who blogs as Instapundit is one of the leaders of this ad hoc defend Rush Limbaugh campaign.  His idea?  Get people to cancel their cable/HBO  (on account of Bill Maher calling Mrs. Palin a cunt, months ago,) and tell the cable company why.  And then he wants people to buy this device for streaming content to their TV  with out a cable.  (And he wants them to do that through his Amazon affiliate what the fuck ever link.) It's called Roku.

And one of the content providers you can get on your Roku Box, is HBO.

I can't even make shit like this up!  What a colossal idiot.

But I am holding him up as just one of the Rush Defenders.  Apparently  this is their logic.  It's bad to target a broadcaster's advertisers, so they are on the one hand, targeting the advertisers who have dropped Rush, and on the other hand, attacking HBO for Bill Maher.

Again.  I can't even make this shit up.

Meantime, I actually listened to a couple minutes of Rush's show today.  He's playing the victim.  He was trying to make some false equivalence argument about the new TV show that is called  GCB.  It is abbreviated that way because the book that's the source for the show was titled Good Christian Bitches.

As if that in any way changes the fact that Rush is a serial, decades  long abusive, ugly, nasty piece of shit?

Does Dedicating the Video of George Clinton's Atomic Dog to Herbie Cain Make Me a Racist?

Well some asshole ignoramus, Prof. Douglas, might think so. Here's his bovine, witless post. According to that other wing nut hack, Instapundit, he's "fighting bigotry." Here.

I want to go with the smack that both professors don't seem to know the meaning of the word bigotry, but that is not the whole truth. Both fuckers are right wing hacks. And like Humpty Dumpty says, they intend their words to mean no more than what they want them to mean. In other words, they don't give a shit about the real, actual meanings. It's all about what ever shitty scam or game they happen to be running, that minute.

And in this case it is Professor Douglas being the bigot. Why am I so comfortable hurling that trebouchet in his specific direction? Because it is patently obvious he's doing that perverse wing nut game. And I wish I had a more succinct way of saying it, but here goes:

Ya know that thing where someone is just so overeager to accuse someone else of being what they know in their hearts and minds they themselves are guilty of, that they will make the accusation with the tiniest bit of cause, or none at all? Well it is that thing, here.
. For a baseline, let's load up a definition of the word bigotry. I will go with the one from Wiki:

A bigot is a person obstinately or intolerantly devoted to his or her own opinions and prejudices, especially one exhibiting intolerance, and animosity toward those of differing beliefs. The predominant usage in modern English refers to persons hostile to those of differing sex, race, ethnicity, religion or spirituality, nationality, language, inter-regional prejudice, gender and sexual orientation, age, homelessness, various medical disorders particularly behavioral disorders and addictive disorders. Forms of bigotry may have a related ideology or world views.

Notice the words I bolded. We are not, where bigotry is concerned, calling each and every barb, dig or crack evidence of bigotry. From that extreme pov every criticism of people in the "suspect classes" would be bigotry. And no one in at least half of a right mind would believe that. So what is going on here that makes me point the finger back at Douglas? He basically is taking some really minor cracks taken at right wing wing nut icons, and going all bat shit crazy with the accusation of left wing bigotry.

Turns out the first incident in his post concerns some blogger's 1/2 crack at Tim Tebow. Now after some hugely long and boring set up, Douglas posts the "evidence" of bigotry:

"Now that Kyle Orton has been cast from DenverEden, God will be particularly protective of Timmy because, Notre Dame or no Notre Dame, nobody wants to see Brady Quinn placing his hands near another man’s manparts. Not even Touchdown Jesus."

If that is christian bashing, bashing is the same as a pillow fight.

And now we come to the false charge of racism. For starters ya'll might have heard that Herbie Cain has been called out by his lady on the side, for having a lady on the side FOR THIRTEEN FUCKING YEARS? That should be he headline. That should be what Professor Douglas is paying attention to. But noooooo. He's indignant at the headline a certain blogger used, while republishing the news of Herbie Cain's love you long time, girl on the side:

"Herman Cain Has Sexed Up Every Woman In America Including Your Mom."

And along with that, the blogger posted a graphic of some Blackploitation comix. And that is the evidence Professor Douglas puts forth to support the charge of racism???

Gimme a break! The man's been drowning in sexual harassment charges for the past three weeks and now his paramour steps up and speaks out about a 13 year affair. And some blogger goes with the Blackploitaion graphic? Sorry. But being portrayed mockingly as super hot ghetto hero with some Bettys dripping at your legs is not being made the victim of racism. Granted it was a joke, I mean really! But it actually pumps up Cain's image more than I would. That's why I posted George Clinton's "Atomic Dog" to my FB page last night and dedicated it to Herbie. Emphasis was on the word DOG. I was not going for anything so flattering as that Ghetto Hero pic.

So do I have anything else to say about that or that idiot Douglas? Well I think he either needs to renounce his faith and embrace his inner asshole and claim it as part of his personality that does not need to be disguised with and under false license or cause. Or the fucking hypocrite needs to give up on that sort of insulting shit and get right with his god and face the truth. The truth is he's a shitty excuse for a christian if he's insulting any the fuck one for any fucking reason. And that make him a perfect poster boy for the hypocritical Religious Right.

Now me? I'm an extreme agnostic. I don't pretend to be a christian. So I get a pass from the charge of being a hypocrite. Because I don't go to church and make promises to some god I have no real intention of keeping. But it never ceases to amaze me when alleged self describe christians go all bat shit like that. Or any way. For any reason. Love they neighbor. Love they enemies. These alleged christian might as well be telling Lord Jesus to fuck off, the way they demean him with their unchristian behaviour, beliefs, thoughts. All that shit.

Niggerhead Revisited.

(I am sad to say I am not the first blogger to run with that. Things do move quickly on the Internet.)

I am not going to make a blanket statement that each and every motherfucker who in some way, shape or form goes all apologist about the Rick Perry niggerhead thing is necessarily a racist in my book. I will only say that that level of racial tone deafness puts them on my threat board, if they were not already, and if they were not already in the 'Enough of a Racist to be a Racist' category, based on my "Soft Bigotry of Soft Bigotry" standard.

Anyway, the apologists are out in full force already. Reliably racially tone deaf to all things not caucasian, Ann Althouse is all in on excusing or otherwise attempting to provide cover for Rick Perry and kin for the niggerhead ranch thing. She really doesn't get it.

Also, within the wing nut law professor club, that fucking asshole at Instapundit not only is doing the apologia Cake Walk, but took a shot at "Herb" Cain for taking offense, publicly. Cause white people need protecting from black folks anger at white racism, either new 21st century shit, or the legacy of it. (Never mind the irony that lawn jockey Cain is a black on black racist. Otherwise. You know what they say about busted clocks. So the lawn jockey can be right, some occasionally of the time.) And I am not linking Instapundit because the asshole's formatting doesn't seem to allow for that.

And I did see the clip from CNN where the Con pundit Did the minstrel dance called: We Have to Be Very Careful With Calling People Racist. I really hate that shit. Again, I am not going to make a blanket statement but, if one is more concerned with the usage of the word racist, than racist language, one is likely a racist, although likely a watered-down one.

And oh. Discordia. I am going to have to call out Mika Brezinski. But she does earn a pass here, as I will explain. But I usually think her heart is in the right place, but this time? It's Chuck who's on the side of the good and virtue. Or just being a more practical analyst of American Political Reality, at least.

To explain, Chuck seems to get it, and get it very well, when he says the whole issue represents, an extraordinary level of racial insensitivity that is a disqualifying factor. In trying to parse Mika's take, she admits, finally, that the story is a big deal. But before saying that, she went down the highly speculative road where she was wondering out loud if that (clumsy oversight???) is indicative of how Rick Perry really thinks about blacks? In her defense, she to my mind (I watched the critical last chunk of the discussion like four times,) is persuaded by Chuck's argument. The last thing on the matter he says, is to him it's not even a close call. And she basically agrees. Relents. Capitulates.

And that says a lot about her that when faced with the better, more persuasive argument, she will not stonewall, or double down, like a wing nut would. So she gets the pass BECAUSE SHE THOUGHT IT THROUGH, AND THEN GOT IT!

Her fault was not so much apologia but giving the benefit of a doubt. And I have to say there is some thing of a doubt there. But as a practical political matter, I agree with Chuck. In American Politics, this is not even a close call. Now if Perry wasn't an already battle-damaged ship I would more likely than not guess it is not a candidacy killer for him, as far as the GOP Nom. goes. But I have heard already the argument that putting that clown on stage against Obama is not going to go well for the GOP or him.

But I have to admit, that I will not say this 'damage' is fatal. The Stepford Wife Bachmann should have been shit-canned for several racially insensitive shitty things she has said since starting her bid. And it ironically was the start of the Perry bid that was the nail in the coffin of her bid. And in a rational world where there was little to no tolerance with political candidates saying racially insulting general statements about racial or ethnic groups, Lawn Jockey Cain would be shit canned by now too, on account of merely saying the blacks are brainwashed shit, that first time. Never mind doubling down on that shit, in flawless wing nut form and fashion. (And for the record, it is on account of his willingness and eagerness to do and say racist shit, like insult blacks as a group in such guiltless fashion, or otherwise enable the white wing nut haters and racists, that I call him a Lawn Jockey.)

Anyway, the statement the Perry campaign put out was a C- at best. So we will see. Perry had enough going against him before this. He clearly did not need the bad press, or another moment to fuck up. Meaning, another chance to prove to all he is so not ready for prime time.

Ok. That's all for now.

You Have It Wrong. Professor Wing Nut Asshole.

I caught my first obnoxious whiff of This Shit, at Ann Althouse's blog, but it's one of her re posts from that odious wing nut law professor who styles himself "Instapundit."

In reply to him, and all like minded law wing nut (or wing nut curious) professors:

No asshole. I have never been a law professor. And odds are I have a better chance of winning a car in a contest, than that. (BTW I have won a car in a contest. But only the one time, so far.)

But I have been an employment lawyer.

I was an employment lawyer for a statewide AFSCME Council. So I had to deal with some members who worked on state college and university campuses.

So discount my expertise in this area at your own risk. But here is the reality, the fact you wing nut assholes ignore:

There is no (so called) "Academic Freedom" exception to ordinary work place laws.

There is no (so called) "Academic Freedom" exception to EEOC subject matter actions.

There is no (so called) "Academic Freedom" exception to Title VII Workplace Harassment type claims.

You stupid assholes can worship all you like at at altars of the false gods of "Free Speech," and "Academic Freedom" all you fucking like. But as lawyers, you look particularly ignorant when you do that. Shit. At least the professor who's the subject matter of the source story has a fucking excuse. He's a Theatre person. I was a Theatre person before I was a lawyer. I know how . . . unconventional thinking is the convention for Theatre folk. That guy seems to have needed a good chat with someone like me, who knows both disciplines.

But for law professors to pretend that there's some exemption to ordinary work place law merely because the work place is an academic institution? Again, I repeat. Law professors who forget that shit look particularly ignorant.

So I say, at least. For what it's worth.

PS: (and I haven't posted this yet so this is not an edit. This is an explanation/elaboration.) I get it, that some of you peeps who work in academia have a belief that your workplace is so different than others. You are fucking wrong. Delusionally wrong. That is why I have no trouble cursing your asses out. It's not that I, with out exception, expect better from law professors. But law professors who don't get that obvious truth particularly deserve to be cussed out. Wake the fuck up, will ya?

Oh. Disagree with the result if you must, but (and I don't have the cite) but one of my favorite examples of how the academic workplace is no different than others, was the case where the lecturer/professor complained about the poster/painting in the classroom. It was a Bottcelli nude Some such. And she won the case. I personally think that was an absurd outcome. But I get it, that the law goes there. Sometimes the law delivers absurd results. Now if the Theatre professor was using that quote on stage/in class as a teaching tool, ok fine. But hanging on his door? I can see that as wrong (particularly as he was warned, and instead of "yielding," he doubled down with the over the top shit.) Likewise, one of my favorite speeches, from Shakespeare's Henry V would be too hostile for door art. I'll only post the last chunk, as it is a long speech:

No! It's Not Taxpayer Money. Ya Morons!

I have seen this idiotic argument from the anti-unionites, and their sympathizers. I think I saw it on Ann Althouse's site last week. And just now I saw it on instapundit, quoting from some agitprop written by one Michael Barone -- some cretin on the payroll of AEI and part of the Fox News hacks bull pen. (I refuse to link either pages, on principle.)

The argument goes like this. Since every dime made by a public sector union employee is from the taxpayers, the members' dues, which end up down stream as contributions to democratic candidates causes the taxpayers to fund Democratic politicians/parties that they might not want. And that makes it all a scam, a conflict of interest, and a fraud.

How idiotic can people be?

The second the employee's pay is moved from the credit column to the debit column at the office that does that business, the money is no longer the state's, or the taxpayers'. So is this more of a matter of people being that totally ignorant, or is this just another example of right wing crazy shit, bullshit? Could be both. But the argument is not logical, or true.

This is one of the most main of main reason I despise right wingers. They say shit like that, totally lie and bullshit, and then wonder why reality based people call them lying-assed weasels? I mean really!

I feel no need to try to be fair or nice to people who make up shit, to bolster their bullshit, agitprop demagoguery. I'll stop there, on this topic at least.
