Fucking Credentials Fucking Matter, Bitch!

Disturbingly ironic, that people who love to pay lip service to the myth that is meritocracy, approve of an audit not only not  conducted by any kind of financial auditor.  But not by the best trained for the job.

Let me be clear.  I have already wished (because wishful thinking isn't real, no harm in it really,) a lifetime of night terrors for any maganazi.  Anyone who ever voted for DJT.  Lately, I call him the orangenazi. So just to be sure I include all who approve of doge.  I like the usage, doge-bag.  Same goes for any such person.  I wish a lifetime of night terrors for anyone who approves of the  doge-bags audit of gvt. departments and agencies, by people who lack any credentials in financial auditing.  Never mind, the specialty of government financial auditing.

What the fuck is wrong with these motherfuckers?

But What if That is the Ultimate Hell?

For months, I have been describing the current social and political reality, featuring the monster I call bozo, as a dominant force in the land, as:

"A bummer bad acid flashback, in the middle of a bummer bad acid trip."

And as well, as not only a nightmare, but someone else's.  As my own nightmares would be better scripted, and more entertaining.  Which historically speaking as the sole user of my own mind, usually has been the case.

But what if that is the ultimate nightmare?  To be stuck in someone else's hell scape?

I will end this quickly and just say, getting stuck in either bozo's or any of his follower's ratchet, toxic, diseased minds would be a horror of horrors, for me.  Just having to share existence with them, is torture enough. And if that violent, hate mongering horde gets control of the Gvt again?  It will be a whole other level.  Just a few minutes ago.  I saw some headline quoting bozo saying, he wants to jail the members of the Jan 6 Committee.  Yes.  It is that bad in America. It is definitely  a nightmare, no matter who's?

Michael Jackson - Man In The Mirror (Official Video)

Ok.  So I thought about this song in mind of John McWhorter.  He seems to lack enough of an ability for self reflection, as he repeatedly self owns himself.  Such as what I mentioned in my last post.  In it he describes a certain kind of selling out, where he in theory could go out there performing some kind of complaining against his rhetorical antagonists, act.  And in doing so, choosing some kind of cheap, lazy way to make money, and get the acclaim that being that person can get.  And he says he will never do.

Which I find to be totally lacking in any self awareness, as he is now more famous, perhaps even overexposed in the media, for his book which is a hit job against his rhetorical antagonists.  Which is less mind blowingly weird, as it is typical for  a

pseudo–intellectual /ˌsuːdoʊˌɪntəˈlɛktʃəwəl/  noun
plural pseudo–intellectuals
Britannica Dictionary definition of PSEUDO–INTELLECTUAL
[count] disapproving
: a person who wants to be thought of as having a lot of intelligence and knowledge but who is not really intelligent or knowledgeable

— psuedo–intellectual

 adjective

But ya know?  It has been years, and I forgot about the content of the official vid for this song.  Yes, it is dated.  But it still works on multiple levels, particularly as here we are.  Decades later, and not really measurably better off. And there is a damned good argument we are worse off, as a planet wide average.

But since Loury is the one who is aligned with the forces of evil, and by that I mean conservativism and all its horrors and degradations?  He needs to listen to the song too, until he gets it.  That he is not only not part of the solution, but he is a side show barker for the problem.

The way shit gets done in human society has historically been horrible and evil.  And you believe in maintaining the status quo as default?  The word for that is evil!

Still A Monster.

I am going to pick on Laura Ingraham, for saying monstrous things, following the Boston Bombing.

She has not said the most monstrous things.  I think the flaming  piece of shit who wanted to kill all the mooslims ( Erik Rush ) takes that award (a black conservative   . .  . my fucking word!  Looking hard for someone else to nigggarize maybe???)

But linking  the bombing to her bigoted, racist  POV on Immigration Reform is monstrous enough.

(Go here  for the ugly particulars.)

Point is this.  No matter how attractive some of these conservative women are, they can still be monsters.  And I am NOT saying all are monsters.  Some are just wrong minded.  But I have personally been victim of one of these pretty  blonde monsters.  Don't let the outside fool you.  Find out what lies in their heart.  And take it from me, people.  Don't walk but RUN the fuck away, as soon as you find out they believe in monstrous, evil stuff.

Dig?

What Do I Hate Most About Peeps From the South?

Most everything that makes them different from a Yankee.

But the following is not global.  Some southerners  might be fucked in in many ways, but some at least are not ascared of the word fuck.

So to be specific, the particular kind of southerner I mean to hate on right now are those sick fuckers who think that because they do not use the word fuck freely, that makes them superior.

Now mind me.  It is not the not using of the word part, that is hate-causing.  It's the sense of superiority.  That kind of warped thinking is way fucked up.  And they wrap themselves up in that stinking  fucked up shit like it was a warm blanket.

Maybe I should just be sorry for them instead?

Now That I think About The Debacle . . . I Say Make Mgmt Pay!!!

Stockholder's Derivative Suit.

A legal action in which a shareholder of a corporation sues in the name of the corporation to enforce or defend a legal right because the corporation itself refuses to sue.
A stockholder's derivative suit is a type of litigation brought by one or more shareholders to remedy or prevent a wrong to the corporation. In a derivative suit, the plaintiff shareholders do not sue on a Cause of Action belonging to themselves as individuals. Instead, they sue in a representative capacity on a cause of action that belongs to the corporation but that for some reason the corporation is unwilling to pursue. The real party in interest is the corporation, and the shareholders are suing on its behalf. Most often, the actions of the corporation's executives are at issue. For example, a shareholder could bring a derivative suit against an executive who allegedly used the corporation's assets for personal gain.

Sue The Pricks

Now what am I talking about here?

Reports are coming out saying shit like Roger Ailes was paying Mrs. Palin  nearly  $16.00  per word.  Word is coming out that FOX  did not out and out  sit on the option to renew the contract.  Instead, they gave her the chance to go away herself, refusing  the contract, on account they were only willing, now, to pay her a fraction of what she got under the previous terms.

In other words, the earlier contract was really  way off the mark of her value, and the decision to hire her in the first place was gross mismanagement.  And the shareholders  should try to hold someone accountable for that.

I hope someone does. Break them bastards.  Push Jolly Roger into retirement.  And take all his fucking money away,  too.  Yea that.  I love the idea of an impoverished  Roger Ailes  trying to get by on Social Security.

Republicans are Evil Part 1,234,445.

But since I am so disgusted with the GOP,  I want to ban it. Some might argue, I am not tolerant, myself.

Ok.   I am not tolerant about evil organizations.  If evil individuals have a problem with my not wanting to see evil people get together to do evil,  then I have only one thing to say to them.

Fuck your mother!

Professor Racist Dickface at it Again.

I started off calling this repellent piece of excrement, some wingnut law professor.  But he got more vile in a short period of time, so I started calling him professor racist dickface.  His real name is  William A. Jacobson, and he has a hard on (metaphorically) for Elizabeth Warren.  Because he's a wingnut, dick face, douche.  And he has launched a crusade again her based on the dubious claim she's been practicing law with out a license.  What bullshit. Particularly as he is a law prof himself, he knows full and god damn well that profs get a explicit or sometimes implicit waiver to consult and even help out on briefs, while they are profs.   With out necessarily  being admitted to the bar of the state in question.  I think I learned that shit in the first year of law school if not earlier, watching "The Paper Chase" on TV, or something.

Go here for a story on another blog about his attacks.

Now why would a law prof do this?  Go all bat shit against custom and practice, beyond blind, douchy partisan hackery?  He's a wingnut law prof.  Most of the faculty  at his school not only likely despise him on account of his odious politics, but I would have to guess,  his stench-foul personality.  Same goes for the rest of the nationwide law faculty  congress.  Most think republicans  are the stinky shit in a fully used baby diaper.

So I am guessing. As that is all I can do.  And this is my guess and an opinion.  He had nothing to lose in going so ugly-stupid, bat shit nasty against one of his peers.  So there's not even the savings grace of any bravery here.  He's like  the most despised faculty member in the teacher's lounge.  Who farts sinkers, and steals other teachers lunches when he can get away with it.  Because they don't like him, so he's feeling entitled to be a little petty shit bag, in defiance of his being disliked for nothing more then being the shit of a creature he actually happens to be.

Again, just my opinion.  And I generally despise GOPers  so that's my bias at work, you may argue.

Evil GOP

I stopped  watching and listening to vid about 3/4 in to post. I so LOVE LOVE  Chris Matthews for the point he makes about how people work hard and do not get rich.  And how if you drive around D.C. at 6:30 in the am you see people lining up at the bus stops.  Not to collect a welfare check but to go to work.
The GOP has become inhumane and evil.  And it must die.  Hopefully this election day it will die of it's own evil black heart.  And if that should come to past the whole planet will rejoice.  Picking on the people who do most of the working, and sweating, and toiling, and bleeding and dying in America?  If you actually believe that shit, you would have to be a fucking Nazi to be any more heartless.

Bill Maher/Chris Matthews on the Plutocrat Ticket/Ideology.

Memo To the Enemies of Anti Racism. Ann Althouse, Rush Limbaugh. All Them Bad Right Wing Leaning People.

Ok.  So I was replying to a sarcastic joke somewhere (Facebook.)  And the joke was riffing off the theme of fake race card playing, as practiced, mostly, by wing nuts, and like minded people.  You know who I mean;  the defenders of the poor oppressed white people who are too fucking stupid to not get it, that every time someone mentions  their whiteness  is not racism.  Racism is about dehumanizing people.  Not merely describing them.

And I came up with  a nice little reply to the joke:

Some words and phrases are mostly just what they obviously mean. Some have powerful secondary meanings. Some have insult value way beyond the literal or ever metaphorical. But "elderly white guy" does have a secondary meaning: "The Ruling Class." Less of an insult, that, than an indictment. (My metaphor.)

It should not be a surprise that someone like a Rush Limbaugh, who makes his career  not only communicating, but communicating ripe, foul, fetid  bullshit should ignore the meanings of words. He's not trying to disseminate truth.  He's selling ideology.   As well, there is no surprise such a person, such a professional bullshitter,   will ignore the dimensions  of words;  how they are used.

But in the case of  race matters, the Rush Limbaugh's of the world  are racists, and they do have an agenda.  And then  there are others, like Ann Althouse  --  them who's crime mostly is that they are totally without a clue, regarding matters of race.  Both are dangerous to society.  Well, by that I mean both kinds of people are very dangerous to a Nation where racial issues still, to a great level,  control real world distribution of wealth and power in this country, and how fully some citizens  get to enjoy their human and American rights.

Just saying.  Shit like that must be pointed out, and mocked for the ignorance it is, as done by and in they way of the Althouse types.    Beyond that, it should be harshly criticized as evil, as when done by the Limbaugh types, when done deliberately for a desired  racist  (or racist friendly) effect.

I Despise the GOP.

There are many things wrong with the GOP (like every thing about it,) but this to my mind is a perfect . . . demonstration . . . of how intellectually bankrupt and generally delusionally hypocritical it is, as an institution. A morbidly obese man delivers a speech railing against "self-indulgent culture." And gets an ovation.

I Might Have Posted This Before.

Well I was reading some of the comments on a certain older lady law professor's blog.  I was slimed by the near uniform misogyny found in her minion's  putrid remarks.  Including the sickening remarks by her husband.

But I am not supposed to dwell on that shit.  I broke prohibition  the other day.  But racist shit is my red cape.  It's my trigger. It brings out the angry black man in me.  Misogyny, comes in very close.  But I will forbear and just say.  Republicans suck shit.  And seem to not only enjoy it, but take pride in it.  Either that or they are plain insane.

So the shorter version of the book the cover is the graphix, here:  don't suck shit.  Don't be a wingnut.  Don't be a GOPer.  Don't be a conservative  (don't be a right wing libertarian either.  They are a similar but minorly distinctive form of dick.)

Nothing To See Here But Politics. Just Move Along.

I don't think the GOP is sticking it to Akin for what he said being so insulting and disturbing.  I think they are cynically and hypocritically  on his ass for saying something embarrassing to the party that also is putting the issue of the GOP's plank change out there, ahead of schedule.  This year those evil fuckers are calling for a Constitutional ban on all abortion.  Evil fuckers.

He messed with their messaging, and now has everyone thinking about this stuff.  So he has to get punked for it.  Not that I think punking GOPers is a bad thing.  I want the whole party banned, myself.

That's It. No More Pretending They are Not That Bad.

I've pretty much decided to call GOPers Nazis, from here on out. That's because I think they are actually, truly no better than Nazis, on the evil index. And the reason for that is they are delusionally self important, and much too drunk on their ideology. And at core, their ideology is about selfishness; accumulating for themselves, and doing harm to others in the process.

The only difference is the body count.

And YES. It was the selection of Ryan as the VP choice, that sent me over the edge. And I have been on that edge for some time. but to see Willard push the ticket further to the Nazi Wing of the GOP just tears it for me. The whole party is no better than Nazis, to me, at this point in time.

An Inherently Evil Institution . . . Like the Nazis.

Nazi's and (way the hell too many for comfort) American Right Wingers share a particularly toxic trait. They (a) believe in the idea of "inherent superiority," and (b) that they are the anointed ones. Liberals believe in acting better, as in treating other people better, taking better care of other people, not that they are inherently better because of . . what ever insane, delusional reason.
And that is not only one of the most important reasons I am a liberal. But it is one of the biggest reasons why I get so angry at right wingers. I don't hate that they are religious. In the abstract I don't really care. However?
I despise any religious person that engages in that sick, twisted, toxic delusion that they are inherently better, more "moral" inherently better people, because of their religious beliefs. And with the merger of the Christianists and the GOP, what we have is an inherently evil institution that is sure of it's superiority (disturbingly ironically based on an evil delusion.)
Just like the Nazis.
The fundamental flaw of the Nazis was their evil, delusional belief in their superiority. Not that they ended up mass murderers. They did evil things because their beliefs were evil to begin with. People who believe in their inherent superiority are prone to doing evil because at core, they already are evil. The rest of it is just a matter of how high the body count goes, before they are stopped.

The difference between Democrats and Republicans.

The Democrat: "Hey. You don't have health insurance. Let's get you some."

The Republican: "Hey. You don't have health insurance. Despite evidence to the contrary, we say the USA has the best Health Care in the world (*cough* if you are stinking rich and can pay cash *cough*.) Ideally and theoretically you should have the best you can. You don't want bad insurance. You don't want socialized medicine. And even if historically the market place and market factors have driven the cost through the roof and into outer space, the last thing you want is a government solution. Despite the fact the only thing that actually could drive average personal and cross market prices/costs down is the heavy hand of government, smacking down private sector greed and inefficiencies.

Oh. And we don't want the taxpayers to have to pay any more for your health care (even if they do, in the most inefficient and costly way now, truth be told. Either in increased local, state, fed taxes, or "costs" passed on to the other, paying consumers of health insurance and care.)"

"So you don't get any health insurance. You're welcome."

Re that SCOTUS Decision on the Montana Law Against Corporate Corruption in Political Expenditures?

Impeach the Republicans on the Supreme Court. Or trade them to some visting space aliens for a handful of coloured glass beads.

If what I read is accurate, its as if the Republicans stuck their fingers in their ears, and sang,"La la la la la! Your real world facts mean nothing to us, Montana. In our fantasy land delusion, corporatons have never tried to corrupt government with large sums of money. Even if that is why you all put that law in place, a hundred years ago!"

Not That it Really Matters. Breitbart Cause of Death. Heart Failure.

I was hoping for,"An Avenging Angel of the Lord, Smote him down, for the evil he has done, and to keep him from doing any more crimes against humanity, the planet, the galaxy, the universe, and The Lord."

I will settle for the evil shit dropping dead on account of his evil heart not being able to beat one time one more.

Heart Failure.

It's actually sort of ironically descriptive, when you think about it.
