 This is so stupid. I think at least.

She says bozo, if needing to be jailed, but wins election, should have to do house arrest in the WH?

She was replying in some way to some commenter on her blog, suggesting bozo might want to get arrested.  Her words: 

"Trump wants a prison sentence? I don't believe that. I think he's fighting hard, in his own stubbornly perverse, insubordinate, rebellious way."

Ok.  This is worse than the house arrest suggestion.  Not so much in disagreeing with the comment about how bozo might want that shit.   I'll get back to that.  But the really stupid shit she is doing here, is she is presuming rational thinking for a carbon based life form known  for, and well documented to not act in a conventionally rational way,  A lot of the fucking time!  

Said plainly, she is acting as if the crazy man isn't.  Even of she thinks he is only acting crazy?  How the fuck do you know what the creature who deliberately is acting crazy, really intends?  The observer with a rational mind knows.   You can't really make a good guess what either the actually crazy person, or the just pretending it, really is thinking.

Now would I bet my last dollar  he wants to go to jail?  I don't think he wants to lose any of his criminal cases.  But I think he considers he might be able to make getting jailed for contempt, to work in his favor.  (Edit to add.  I finally went back and looked at the comment.  That person was making that argument.  OWL might have deliberately blurred that up.  Or maybe accidentally?)

Anyway, The case for he might, sort of, deliberately be pushing for a contempt jailing:

1.  He actually can control himself.  When he gets hit with a gag order,  he complies, if only barely.  And gets his lawyers to appeal that, because

2.  He has it in is head that part of his election strategy is to fight the law . . . that is arrayed against him. His lawyers have said as much in filings, if not in open court, and 

3.  I keep seeing a fundraising ad with him, where he basically rails against the judges and prosecutors.  He is literally using his status as a defendant to fundraise.

I am not sure whether this is at all an effective strategy?  I am willing to believe, that he just might be crazy enough to believe it.  And there are more than a couple analysts who are saying his martyr act is not only part of his campaign, but go so far as to say it might help him, at least with the base.  

But if the base is with him already, what is the fucking point?  I would not be willing to believe the martyr routine is winning him new supporters, without  seeing well executed research from at least three of the best ranked researching outfits saying, yes.  That is helping him outside of the base, in a statistically significant way.

But he might believe it, without the data.  Some people believe shit, without having any data that says, yup.  This  is likely true.

Here is the context  A very biased, pro bozo article in The Post, where it is guessed that bozo might just let NYAG seize his properties.   As if not being able to post cash or bond is "letting" anyone do anything for an appeal of a civil judgment pending appeal.  Anyway, this is the retired law prof's thoughts on the matter:

"I've been thinking about this. Trump could let the March 25th deadline arrive and force James to act. Let her seize Trump Tower. How will that look? How can she manage the place? What will people think? Is he calling her bluff?"

It's not a bluff.  It's court procedure.  And this is fucking NY City!  Any number of experienced managers will gladly manage the property.  For fees.  And or put that shit on the market.  For fees.

Now the article regurgitates what has to be a mostly bullshit line about how no one will want to do business in NYC anymore.  That was allegedly a quote from someone close to bozo.  And there was some other line of bullshit that bozo losing his property will help him in the election?  Not likely.  And granted, I really want him to go so fucking nuts  the protective detail has to admit him to a psych ward, or hospital.  I don't have odds of it, but hey.  He is getting crazier, and crazier.  He might not even make it to the convention. As in, physically unable to be there.  Even maybe not able to be on camera remotely  (from a hospital room.)

Like I said. People are free to make wild if not and also stupid guesses.

For the record, I am not predicting his total mental break down.  But like Wednesday Addams says in the one movie.  "Wait."

But What if That is the Ultimate Hell?

 For months, I have been describing the current social and political reality, featuring the monster I call bozo, as a dominant force in the land, as:

"A bummer bad acid flashback, in the middle of a bummer bad acid trip."

And as well, as not only a nightmare, but someone else's.  As my own nightmares would be better scripted, and more entertaining.  Which historically speaking as the sole user of my own mind, usually has been the case.

But what if that is the ultimate nightmare?  To be stuck in someone else's hell scape?

I will end this quickly and just say, getting stuck in either bozo's or any of his follower's ratchet, toxic, diseased minds would be a horror of horrors, for me.  Just having to share existence with them, is torture enough. And if that violent, hate mongering horde gets control of the Gvt again?  It will be a whole other level.  Just a few minutes ago.  I saw some headline quoting bozo saying, he wants to jail the members of the Jan 6 Committee.  Yes.  It is that bad in America. It is definitely  a nightmare, no matter who's?

1) Decline from baseline:

Overall, he shows a shocking decline in verbal fluency from his previous baseline. He was once highly articulate, with a sophisticated vocabulary, and spoke in polished paragraphs. Now, his vocabulary is impoverished, he often has difficulty finishing a thought, sentence or even a word. Typical of dementia patients he perseverates and overuses superlatives and filler words.

People who worked closely with Trump during his administration are reporting a shocking deterioration in just 4 years.

2) Memory:

Forgetting names and dates is normal for people who are aging (like Joe Biden). But the Dementia Care Society says "confusing people and generations" is a sign of advanced dementia. Recently, Trump confused Nikki Haley and Nancy Pelosi. 8 times he said he was running against Obama. He didn't look like he was joking. An example of confusing generations: Trump said his father was born in Germany, when that was his grandfather. Michael Wolff wrote Trump not infrequently failed to recognize old friends.

3) Language

Trump shows formal signs of disordered speech we typically see only in organically impaired patients. Trump is verbalizing an increasing number of  "phonemic paraphasias. Using non-words in place of real words that may include a fragment of the actual word. For example saying "mishuz" instead of missile, or "Chrishus" insead of Christmas. Sometimes he just uses sounds that don't resemble words at all. 

Trump evidences ‘semantic aphasia’ where he uses words in the wrong way. For example, "the oranges of the investigation."

Trump evidences "tangential thinking" where he drifts from one unrelated thought to another, and sometimes tries to confabulate them into a story. But the narrative is literally incoherent. With increasing frequency he degenerates into literal incoherence, where no one can tell what he was trying to say.

4) Motor:

Trump shows evidence of a "wide based gait" commonly found among patients with dementia. He swings his right leg in a semi-circle as if it were a dead weight. He also show deterioration in fine motor coordination, for example having difficulty drinking a bottle of water.

5) Behavior:

He is showing marked deterioration in impulse control and judgement.

This represents a unique danger because of Trump's pre-existing Malignant Narcissistic Personality Disorder. As he continues to deteriorate he will become even more erratic, impulsive, paranoid, and aggressive than he already is. 

A demented malignant narcissist as president of the United States would have unimaginably catastrophic consequences, and so we feel an ethical obligation to warn the public, and urge the media to cover this national emergency.

The OWL Hearts Bozo!

Why the Huge Penalty in Trump Fraud Trial? 

I am probably breaking some standard composition rule, for front loading what I think is the most critical fact about the verdict in bozo's fraud trial.  This isn't a figure for a fine pulled out of the air.  Like a punitive damages finding by a jury in some defamation, and shit case.  Like what happened in that case against Oberlin College.  Where the jury awarded $33M when even the alleged compensatory damages were flat out fictitious claims, at best.  In the NY fraud case, the fines are based on bozo's company's ill gotten gains.

And who seems to disagree with that?  The OWL.  Former law professor, who seems to have sweet spot for bozo.  Instead of recognizing that bozo was a crook, and got caught.  Shit.  I used to be a member of the defense bar. Even I admit.   People do bad shit.  They break the law.  And get caught.  It's kind of the social reason for having law courts and shit?  

I mean I get, it when the corrupt political hacks affiliated with The Federalist Society  rush to defend bozo.  It's seemingly required to be a proper member of that club.  But the OWL really isn't a member of those clubs?

What is her deal, I will never know.  She does such a terrible of of expressing her thoughts that, and this is my opinion, only.  They look and smell like ripe stinky brain farts.  That is metaphor.  She just doesn't seem to make a lick of sense.  Often.  Enough.  Even when the subject is law.  It's like she doesn't understand the most basic concepts.  Such as if one engages in fraud, to the verified level of  $355 million. One should be forced to pay the fine.  Of $355 million.

It might be true that some paranoid people might actually have people chasing after them.  And as well, some people who have people after them, might really be bad people.  And the people chasing after them, have factual and legal cause to do so.

Last point, and I will make a similar argument, in form.  I was there at the victory party for Tish James' first election to AG NY.  So I heard her say she was going after that crook. And to me it was less of a personal or political promise.  It was more like when, some 18th century village is plagued by a wolf.  And the previous constable failed to catch the wolf.  And someone else stands up and says something like:  "Make me the constable.  I will go after the wolf.  I will catch the wolf."  

Even if I am not a New Yorker by address,  I am a native of the area.  And for most of my adult life, a NY worker and taxpayer.  So like so many natives.  I knew that bozo was even if not a wolf."  He was a chizzler, and a cheat, and a fraud.  And I like the idea of his ill gotten gains going to the coffers of NY.  Hope they make good use of the money.  The city, particularly, needs it!

I am not encouraging anyone to read this. Afterall. Nothing new about the low rent, low class trash that gets elected as Republicans, fluffing for bozo. They are not the ruling class. They are the minions of the ruling class. Being even a senator is too much like having a job. The ruling class do not have jobs. That is low class shit. They don't do low class shit. Mostly, most ruling class aristocrats follow that rule. Politics is low rent trash work, a job.

Don't get caught having a job. Having a job is low rent, trashy.

However, working on the family trust is not a job. It's looking after how family money is spent. Likewise, being on the board of directors of the family empire is not work. You are looking after the family assets. And you get to boss around or fire the CEO!

Ok. Baseline for my actual issue is set. I have said it before, but I wonder why the the ruling class hasn't retired bozo yet, and instead back a more reliable stooge?

I get why low rent, low class trash GOP senators kowtow to bozo. Never mind the GOP congresscritters. Most of that lot actually admire their Leper Messiah, bozo. But I will dismiss the GOP senators as bougie, or upper bougie, social climbing, two generations removed from plebes, who are willing to debase themselves for the sick, twisted, pathological lust for power.

I really don't get that pathology. I mean yeah. I rather live a life where nobody fucks with me or my shit. Who doesn't want that? But honestly, I don't want elected office. I don't want to be a senator or potus. Fuck that. I value my me time too much! But I digress.

Back to the ruling class. I really don't get it. Why haven't they realized that an unstable, nouveau riche, violently envious psychopath is a bad choice for guardian of their status and fortunes?

He isn't William F. Buckley. He isn't dedicated to the current social order, as much as he is personally greedy, and resentful. He despises the ruling class. Because he knows the ruling class despises him. And he actually sort of knows he is despicable. But he is who he is. And he will burn it all down, if that is what he thinks is necessary to appease his twisted ego, and sense of inferiority.

Not only are "we" fucked, if bozo get's back in the Oval. Even the ruling class is fucked. Because everyone and everything is at risk. All the fucking shit, is at risk!

Follow me. Some of the GOP insiders are going batshit over the prospect of Newt as nominee. I have heard dire predictions, he'll kill the party. Bla bla. Yadda, yadda.

And now we have the converging perfect storm coming with the Trump Debate. So far only Newtie is in. Now could this be the thing that reduces the GOP to level of respectability reserved for junkies after they shit themselves?

How best to celebrate Earth Day? Depends on the weather. And it's looking good for a walk in the park. Well, make that a walk to the park, and then in the park.

I started reading a story on Trig Birthers. Got bored way fast. Yes, I confess to having read some of that shit back in '08. Again, who really cares?

Moving back to my own shit, seriously and really, I checked out the stats tab here in the control panel, for the first time, today. I have actually had more hits here than I previous would have guessed. But Hey, several thousand of them must be pings. What ever. I'm not doing this for the attention as much as the therapy of expressing myself. I have had enough of an audience during my message board days. I used to, sometimes, get the accusation of being an attention ho, on those boards. My reply? Everyone on a message board to some degree is an attention ho. So whatever, doods. Some people have a pathological inability to grasp the obvious.

Moving on? Dare I talk about Trump any more? I'll just use him as the point of departure. The perverse little irony about commenting about people one finds odious is of course you are paying attention to them. In my case, as this blog is way on the ass end of the internet, it's not really adding to anyone's fame. Likely.

And in the category of giving props where due, it seems the Local GOP (some county leader there at least) is trying to oust that racist Marilyn Davenport. However the feeling is not universal out there in Orange County.

In a local paper (on line version) they have a quote from one OC GOPer decrying that the leaders threw her under the bus, even if the guy thought the email was racist.
Seriously.

Oh. Shit. She seems to have the beginnings of awareness of how clearly and badly she fucked up.

It's committing to the process of self examination and also exercising inner and outer control. In particular one must carefully examine one's thinking, and where necessary change, and thereafter, constantly monitor.

Oh. Hey. Didn't I say, last time I posted about her, that maybe they can send her to sensitivity training, get her some rehab? Ok. I repeat that. Who knows. It might really sink in, now!

Honestly, I thought she would have been down with that racist birther shit. I was wrong. So Kudos to Jan Brewer for putting common sense before politically expedient racist sentiments.

But first, let me explain the pigeon reference. Krathammer has this ugly, scavengerish look to him. Reminds me of those nasty looking things found in big cites that are often called flying rats. (Ok. I'm not being nice. I can live with that.)

Now on to the Donald. Now I do not think the Donald is deliberately trying to make the rest of the field look better by comparison. But ya know? A ding bat like Mrs. Palin, who very well might be the perfect vision of Redneck Royalty, looks a lot less vulgar next to him. Hell, that awful comb over even makes Palin's coif, which I call a modified mullet, look less vulgar by comparison. Now there would be no reason for him to be trying to do that, particularly. I'm just amused to see the contrast. No matter which of these dwarfs in the GOP roster gets the nomination, they are still going to be Dwarfs. I really don't think he is running. But if he does, I do hope he busts out in the primary and runs as an independent. I see that ending with nothing but good news for the Dems.

And since we are on the topic of Kyl, dare I ask is it unfair to brand all of the GOP as equally faithless and dishonest as he? Well there's a certain madness to his nearly-honest correction. I mean, could a human get any closer to admitting they are a damned liar with out flat out saying so?

Kids. I know as a matter of "fair practice," it's wrong to paint the entire GOP with this brush. But ya know? So many of them do that shit. They will just make shit up, tell out and out lies, repeat and repeat again pure bullshit they know really is not true. But since bullshit is one of the few rhetorical styles they know (along with bullying,) they do it all the freaking time. It's all they got, really, since the facts more often than not are against them. Never mind reason. That's an alien concept to the Current GOP.

Oh. And one last thing for now. I have seen in a couple places, already, peeps using/making "Private Ryan," references to Paul Ryan. Nah. I prefer the rhyming Lyin' Ryan. It's accurately descriptive.

Not that I am surprised; I doubted she'd pass my test, before. But some people are just too fucking insane not to get it, that birtherism is based on the wing nut tea bagger cultural discomfort (i.e. racism) that lots of right wing white Americans have about our Negro POTUS. Or make that Half Negro. Anything less than vanilla white is not white enough for some people. And I think I said it here before. I don't thing Trump is really pursuing some racist agenda. So much. But I really think what he is doing is shameless self promotion on account of his shit-tastic show (as I say, that jumped the shark in the second season) having tanking ratings. And did I say media whore? He doesn't care if his image gets damaged with the racist implication. Curse. Taint. He's sooo past that shit. He doesn't care if he is liked, or respected, or even feared. He cares about nothing but the most vulgar commercializing of his own old nasty ass. I think he would have sex with farm animals for ratings at this point, he's such a ho. JMO.

But what motivates anyone with an IQ allegedly above 22 to encourage that shit? I mean it is one thing for Mrs. Palin to do that. She is also a resident of Reality TV Bullshit, Cash-Out Your Own Ass, & Pimp Your Own Fucking Kids Land. So she is closer to The Donald than allegedly reasonable normal folk. But Perfessor Althouse will have to come up with her own defense for flirting with racism. Trying on KKK robes just to see how they fit with out taking the oath is a line of shit reasonable, intelligent people will not condone.

Moving on. Donald Trump is full on racist opportunist mode, with his birther whoring. I always thought there was something fundamentally shitty about him. Now I am convinced beyond any doubt of that.

Bill O'Reilly can't see the forest for the trees, re Mrs. Palin. Yes, she appears weak in not talking to the REAL press, but I don't think her poll numbers are down on account of that. They are down because even with out real reporters asking her real questions, she still comes across as some ignorant, snowbilly who's maximum brain power is equal to a bucket of snot.

Oh, and speaking of insulting Mrs. Palin, it's not necessarily sexist to use really harsh insults in her specific direction. It might be mean and nasty and meant to sting, ya. But it is not an indictment or slur against all women to viciously insult her for being no smarter than a bucket of snot, in the harshest terms possible. (Bill Maher is a Jersey boy. Love us or hate us, we usually don't do passive aggressive insulting. We call out a ho as a ho! If we really go old school we use the pronunciation who-ah.)

Anything else? Herman Cain. Kudos Herman. You have just proven as a concrete fact that yes, blacks can be every bit a racist as white folk. It's just that you happen to be a black wing nut racist.

Lastly, touching on one of my pet peeve topics of late. Yes Andrew Breitbart. We are trying to shut you up. You make us sick. And as opposed to wing nuts, who seem to believe in some childish, warped, redneck outlaw, unsophisticated and all the fuck ways hypocritical view on non-governmental involved free speech, we hold some values higher than that. For example, I would say my right to tell you to shut the fuck up means more to me than your right to be an obnoxious liar and rat fucking GOP hack badly masquerading as a journalist. But that is my explicit way of saying it. The more general liberal way of saying it, is society has a right to protect itself from being violated by shit like you. If society does not have the right to set standards, there is no real civilization. There's just outlaw rednecks, stinking up the joint. And we don't need any more of that, fuck you very much. Ok.
