I can't even construct an appropriate comparison.  I can recall the famous old one about buying Playboy magazine for the articles.  Implying that the person isn't even looking at the nude girly pics.  But that doesn't quite work.

Some asshole who has been called out for white supremacist racist bullshit.  Has a social media site he owns. He is the true boss.  And that platform has an AI that is in house.  At least in the, from, somewhere in the boss's house.  And not for the first time, the AI has spewed racist shit.  But this time it went full nazified? 

And the little old lady blogger blogs about the story.  And then goes back to blogging about still using the nazified AI?

I Won't Mock The Owl. I Will Show You What She Wrote.

 Confession.  Time spent on the lazy thinking this retired con law prof uses, every day of her life, seemingly, is a distraction from politics.  And starting months ago.  I started cutting down.  As a related matter. Based on my years on this rock, I believe political reporting and commentary is at a low point. Lazy thinking is everywhere, seems.  We can blame the interwebnetubes.  But many people with experience and training in the right disciplines say and agree.  Humans be like that.  Anyway . . .

"Tell me about an "interpretative system" that is better than Jordan Peterson's "whim." He's one man, interpreting things. If my "job" is to "sit still" and take in his ideas, how is that different from reading any book? The author isn't here with me, the reader, to be "argued with." But I buy the Kindle version and excerpt any passage I want to pick apart, and I do my own writing here on this blog, which you are sitting still and reading. If you are "overtaken with apathy," you stop reading. If you want to argue, you go into the comments section. If it's just too much interpretation, coming at you endlessly, take a break. Nobody said you had to read this all at once. I heard that Elon Musk read the entire Encyclopedia Brittanica when he was 9 years old. That's unusual, and it's not what the encyclopedia writers had in mind."

She wrote and published that.  And could not tell it was not terribly coherent?

And if only to be more coherent myself.  This is from her blogged "review"  of some real writer's review of Jordan Peterson's newest trash output.  For those of you who don't know about that guy.  He is the Canadian ex Psychology professor, who got fired over some refusal to use preferred pronouns, some idiotic "principled" in his disordered mind, stand.  And he quickly became a darling of the worldwide, right wing conservative idiot's circle.  And he had a physical and mental breakdown from "the road' and or other reasons.  

And once recovered?  I say questioningly. He went back to telling other people how they should live their lives, seemingly oblivious to his own failure to get, have, and keep his own shit together.

Anyway.  The real reviewer was making the the overall and some specific points about how incoherent the book is.

Personally, I never found the guy to be at all coherent except when plagiarizing, and not fucking up the bits he plagiarizes.  And as a fan of Jungian Analysis, and the work of the late, great Joseph Campbell.  Based on this review, I can say Peterson is at least greatly borrowing from those guys.  And likely fucking up the bits he plagiarizes.

Anyway.  There is your context.  Now for the critical observation about the Owl's lazy childish thinking.  And I think she is sort of sympathetic regarding Peterson.  And it that is true that could be a factor why, when viewed as a chunk.  Her point of view and message seems to boil down to:

The Owl, Who Has Admitted She Knows Nothing About Politics, Makes a Coo Coo Coca Puffs Prediction.

 Years ago.  When she would get invited to do bloggingheads vids.  I remember seeing her this one time.  She really said she really knows nothing about politics.  And then spent the next ten or more minutes proving it, by talking politics.  It's my favorite memory of her.   Anyway this.

I don't think anyone else has this exact scenario on their bingo cards.  We shall see, but ya know?  Only one of the two debate participants has been acting as if they don't want to do it.  And schockingly not.  It's the older one.  The orange troll who seems to be in cognitive decline.  I would go so far and say it doesn't look like ordinary pre senile dementia.  If I had to guess, there is some non age related cognitive loss of function.  As well, there could be lifetime of greater than average, physical damage due to poor lifestyle, diet, and otherwise health issues related damage.  And there is the mini stroke thing.  How many tiny mini strokes has he had over the past 30 or more years?  It could be greatly some cumulative effect.  

Let me google that.  Generally.  

Yeah.  I have a very sound theory of possible organic, neurological disease, for bozo.  

I am going to pass on directly speculating about what the Owl's brain scan's would show.  But I have a friend who is a professor of neuroscience.   I would be very interested in what he would say, evaluating her film.

But It Is About Race. Racial Privilege!

White mediocrity.  Maybe the reason so many white people are perfectly happy to have low expectations for white boys is drilled into their vapid, inferior brains so relentlessly from birth, it is just too dominant.  A white person has to be exceptionally intuitive, smart, and curious, to do the thinking, and analysis, and arrive at the correct conclusion.  America isn't a meritocracy.  What it is is a society of racist privilege, and the ruling faction has such wide and great control, they can have extremely low standards for their own.

After posting that vid about stupid orange bad man's excuse for being a barely coherent idiot, and calling out that ex law professor for (as she did on her blog) in some way shape or form, communicating the idea stupid orange bad man might be some kind of genius.  I put the two ideas together.  America has for the most part and most time, had very low standards for white boys.  And oddly enough, many think they are genetically superior.  Stupid orange bad man, is the poster child/troll for that shit, those people.

I am not going to go long here.  Google the issue.  Read the book.  But I want to take one more run at the Owl.

Yo! Lady!  When you were a law professor, how would you have graded a student's paper if the format/style was like bozo speaking at one of his rallies?  If you had to slog and suffer through 20 rambling, incoherent pages before the student finally made their point, would you reward them or penalize them?

 I keep trying to stop posting shit about the Owl.  And she dares me to keep at it, by getting increasingly addle brained.  As a baseline.  For decades, the largest group consuming rap has been white people.  There are just so man more of them in America, I suppose.  I am not accusing the Owl of being white supremacist, here.  But some of her fan bois went there.  Yo!  When you criticize things  or people of being "urban"  we know you are a white supremacist.  But I digress.

Look at her comment.  Even if she wasn't being literally serious (as she did not file suit,) saying that shit out loud is a very Karen thing to think and do.  And coming from one of those cult of free speech weirdos, as she is?  Hypocritical!

 The Owl got it wrong.  As I expected.  Hoped?  Anyway. She doesn't know dick about politics.  And operates under the psychiatric delusion she can read minds, has some psychic power.  Whatever.  At minimum, she is fool enough to make a guess based on practically no data at all.  Maybe not a psychiatric delusion.  A lot of people do that shit, a lot of the time, and are not declared ready for a rubber room. But a lot of people say a lot of stupid shit.  And no matter how often proven wrong, proven not to know dick abut what they talk about.  The keep on spewing bullshit.  Wrong bullshit.

Ok.  Confession time, if it is not that obvious.  I call her out because the Owl has a rather average, ordinary mind,  Seems even on her best day.  But she doesn't seem to mind being seen saying dumb shit, and making really dumb guesses.   I rather either not guess at shit I don't know, or at least hedge.  She goes right out there, trips and falls face first into the shit pile that is public embarrassment.

For example. I have been basically refusing to predict the VP pick for Harris. I have been mostly saying shit like.  I don't have access to their internal polling.  I assume they are going to look at the math, and decide based on who has the best chance of helping win electoral votes in a battleground state.  

It's all about electoral votes!

And now that a decision has been made, I assume the numbers showed Walz was better math than Shapiro.  Given a minute or two to think it over.  Ya know?  No matter which of the two governors was picked?  The Harris campaign is going to have to dump a shit load of money in both states.

Fuck people's feelings.  Bozo made his selection of Vance more on feelings than math.  And look how that shit turned out.

Of Course Supporting Racists Doing Racist Shit is Worse, But

 The Owl is yet again promoting conspiracy theories.  Racist ones!  That sick shit bozo said about VP Harris recently becoming black?  Now I have a relative who was at Howard with her.  So one might accuse me of having inside knowledge.  One would have to be either a flaming racist them self, or too close to one to matter, to think that.  This is a matter of public knowledge!  Bozo was trying to do something like he did with Warren, with the ugly "Pocahontas," smear.  

Anyway.  She decided to check into the racist idea VP Harris only recently sort of became black, by merely doing a search in the NYT archives, and in the wayback machine's archives for the Times.

My sarcasm can go in many directions here.  I could go extensive, or blistering or both.  But I will go with the following.  

That is about as exhaustive an inquiry, as to look for evidence of the existence of feral cats globally, by just looking in the glove box of one car,  Finding no cats at all there in that one glove box, and then declaring:

"No feral cats exist anywhere!"

Bozo also talked about cognitive testing, at that event.  I think the Owl should investigate that, next. By taking one.  And I mean, one more thorough than the Montreal Test.  That is the dementia detection test bozo is so proud of passing.  

I'm Not a Racist, But . . .

 I am a Yellow Dog Dem. I always want to beat the GOPers.  With that in mind, congrats VP Harris, on being the presumptive nominee for the Democratic party this year.  I have been on Team Harris since she ran in the primaries  five years ago.

I fear that actually winning the election, under ordinary math, is just going to be the beginning.  But moving on . . .

Conspiracy theories.

At what point does one go past merely acknowledging  that there has been conspiracy theory chatter, and cross the line into dissemination and legitimizing?  I herby accuse that person I call the Owl of crossing that line.  Lately on her blog, she is posting shit about the conspiracy theories surrounding not only the near miss, failed hit on bozo.   But also about the Biden/Harris switcheroo.  Something I have not only been predicting since the debate debacle.  But I had to have a memory flashback to recall. That is what I was voting for in my mind, four years ago.  At least hoping to see.  

Anyway.  The Owl has not only been posting chunks and links to other people's twisted conspiracy theories.  She is adding her own twisted remarks.  She might not be offering full throated endorsement of the other people's brain farts.  But she is at minimum giving support to brain farts, as a legitimate form  of thinking and communication.

It's shit on the order of, we are just asking questions?   Previously I have accused her of the delusion she can read other people's minds, and get to what is really going on, remotely, outside of her and everyone else's view.  

That is magical thinking.  And idiotic.

Stupid Is As Stupid Does, Dave.

 Over the past week, I saw two different articles making wildly inaccurate comparisons of reality to movies.  The first one was allegedly detailing the Gumpification of America because.  Incoherent reasons.  I say that because the character of Forrest Gump is smarter than most Americans because Forrest at least knows he isn't the smartest man. 

Most Americans would do well to emulate Forrest, in downplaying his mental acuity.  

And the other stupidity?  Some one who as well could do better by emulating Forrest, by diminishing their belief in their smarts.  Well she decided to make an analogy of P. Biden's WH , to the plot of that movie "Dave."  Where a POTUS has a stroke, and staffers pass off a body double for a time.

She made that analogy, despite P. Biden not having had a stroke, and no body double being used for him.

So I keep on saying, there is a lot of bad writing on the internet.

Potentially the Most Repulsive Shit Pulled By The Owl.

 Reminder.  I say she doesn't know shit about psychology.  And even if it might at first brush seem to be innocent.  She posted a link from some WaPo article on narcissism.  Instead of her often employed drive by method of just posting shit  without comment?  She opines:

It's flagrantly dishonest.  Skeptical of what?   As someone who had my first contact with the DSM back in 1987, the idea that any one of the personality disorders is underdiagnosed is, well ancient knowledge.  Now whether it was her intent, she led the deplorables who comment there down the rabbit hole where the actual reality of if not NPD but all the personality disorders are being denied.   Perhaps even the entire field?   Conspiracy theory type thinking about Psychology is also ancient.  So as much as I would love to say she invented a new conspiracy theory.  She just dug it up  and employed it.

Revolting.

And then there is the political agenda.  The Leper Messiah is often described as not only clinically narcissistic, but all over the map of psychological disorders.   I guess the new, perhaps, tactic for his idiot horde is not to merely deny the behavior or accuracy of classification.  They are now denying the actual existence of the actual disorder.

I repeat.  Revolting.

Again. I have no idea whether she had intent to be this revolting.  I can only judge based on what I see.

The Flaming Idiocy of False Choices.

 Not gonna  say which blogger is the accidental birth mother of this post, but . . .

When one makes a false choice, as in, which of two possible forms of personality disorder The Leper Messiah might have?  One is in fact making a false choice.  I am not even going to go down the road really, about how under the current DSM, that there are many spectrums, and one can be well along several, but for saying that much.  The idea of having several mental disorders at once, is not new.  Anyway, the quote on the matter, that the google AI treated me to, today:

Why Does She Think What She Thinks Makes Any Sense? Rhetorical Question, But

 The OWL is at it again.  But I am minimizing my posts about her.  Might just give up, as I am cutting way back on . . . the tiresome.  Anyway. . .

Earlier this week, she posted on her blog, about  some article that mentioned some super serious, tiny dancer student, who did not want to mess with the most basic movement class.  She wanted to wait till next year, when they actually teach the tiny ones how to dance. The Owl asked the insane question:

"Is it okay to love seriousness in 5-year-olds? Mostly, we want the very young to laugh and play — experience delight. What's up with early-arising seriousness?"

Where to start?  She knows nothing about human psychology, never mind early childhood development psychology issues.  How the fuck can a human in America make to their 70s, and seem to be amazed by super serious children?  She spent the bulk of her adult career on a college campus.  Granted, at the law school.  But college campuses are fertile ground for super serious children.  Not all, but many faculty brats are like that. 

I won't go much longer, but I am a big ballet fan.  I love going to the matinee.  And there I get to see the fun loving , silly young girls who are high on the experience.  But.  I also get to see the kids from the ballet company school who see the afternoon performance, after morning class. So I am personally used to seeing tiny, serious ballerinas.

But that level of seriousness is all over.  Sports, academic subjects, other pursuits.  Nothing new or remarkable about super serious kids, lady!

Again.  Like I said before.  She doesn't get the limitations of  her own barely, likely above average mind.  To be fair, I have, only, an above average mind. But I know it.

Now on to politics.  And her sympathy for the devil,  I mean bozo.

Despite the legally trained mind that was a legal academic mind.  Se has bought into the other big lie.  The one about how bozo's enemies have allegedly twisted the legal system to go after him, for political reasons.

Because the Manhattan DA is in some "conspiracy"  with the Biden admin., for bringing State of NY charges from before Biden  even, was POTUS, against bozo?

I am reminded of the time in my juvee defense lawyer days, when the judge painfully explained to the prosecutor they had over charged some shop lifting kids, as being part of a criminal conspiracy,  Which bumps a misdemeanor to a felony.  Short version is, the judge explained the kids were shop lifting at the same time. That is not necessarily a conspiracy.  By the same token, several criminal law suits against bozo at the same time, is likely just that. The inability to think the defendant is more likely a recidivist, career criminal, but instead is some victim of a political witch hunt, is to my mind . . .

What Do Megyn Kelly and the OWL Have in Common?

 Both are lawyers, who are so sympathetic to bozo they are acting like they don't remember the most basic things about criminal law.

As a predicate. The criminal law allows for a misdemeanor to be bumped up to a felony, under the right circumstances.  Usually it's where there is a conspiracy.  Now Bozo wasn't charged with a conspiracy in the case he just lost. But the facts of a conspiracy were alleged.  And the NY law seems to allow for this kind of enhancement, under these circumstances.  And I am qualifying it with seems, as the very well regarded judge seemed to think it wasn't a stretch.  But based on personal experience.  Ya really can't predict appellate courts, particularly where the prior case law is a little thin on the exact or near same circumstances, and concerning the exact same laws.

Megyn Kelly had a better lawyer than her, or her podcast last night.  So I read.  She asked him to explain shit.  He explained shit. She ignored his I assume, accurate analysis.  She substituted her desired version.  And iirc, he properly stated the relevant legal standard.

Either the bitch was flat out not properly prepared.  As in, she should have looked up the law herself (or her assistant.) And she should have had a print out of the relevant law in from of her.  

Or bitch lied.  Or both.

On to the OWL.  See the whack chunk from her blog.  I have pointed out similar shit before.  She does not seem to get it, that she has an eccentric brain.  Se isn't main stream.  Nor is she exceptionally insightful. And she doesn't seem to get, either that no the fuck any one else is obligated to think as she does, about anything.  And the onus is on her to be persuasive.  And she lacks the motivation to even try.  At least there (but it seems to be a pattern with her.  She makes an observation, and conclusion, and publishes it out to the world as if she were Athena, or Hera, or some other Goddess.  To my mind she resembles a drunk bar babe more, when she publishes her free thoughts, than she seems to realize.  And I have spent too way much time in bars. talking with drunk bar babes.)

 And she isn't merely a not bozo hater. She has been very sympathetic to him, over and over.  Supportive, even.  And here she just ignores the way the law actually works.  Buying into the conspiracy theory shit is really shitty.  

I don't expect better from her.  I expect this level of professional shortcoming.  Anyway . . .

I am a native of the Greater NYC area.  Large amounts if not a mere majority of people with an opinion of that evil fucktard have hated on his punk ass for decades.  Never mind since because he started a political career.

But in the end.  by itself, the conviction doesn't mean shit.  Its what happens in the next few weeks and months that matters.

Some people just don't seem to be able to do this.  No matter what academic honors they have earned. No matter what jobs they have had.  They speak or type some thought about some shit,  and a reasonable person has to think the following about them.  (The .gif's message.)

And this overlaps with my increasing pet peeve about non experts taking about shit they know nothing, or next to nothing about.  For example.  Bill Maher has a podcast.  And recently he had other comedian Bill Burr on.  I did not watch the vid, but according to the account, Burr ripped the shit out of Maher for talking about the problems in Mid East, Gaza as if Maher knew shit. Burr was plain in saying Maher did not know shit!

I believe we need more of that in the world.  People who don't know shit being called out on the fact, they don't know shit.

More Slipshod, Candy Assed, Shallow, Silly, Mean Thinking, by the Owl.

 But first things first.  I have to take a break from posting about her.  But my problem is, I have so little tolerance for GOPNazi bullshit, I can't even handle FNC, these days.  I do go to Real Clear Politics. But . . . and have I said this here yet?  Not only stories about bozo, all other GOPNazis seem like deliberate click bait.  Even when the headline is a direct quote.  Not twisted out of context.   And I am cutting down on even clicking on any clickbait.  And I go to the Owl's blog, just to get a peek of what the people to the right of me are saying.  (But I am back to ignoring the white supremacist trash in her comment crew.)  Anyway.  I will take at least a week off posting re her brain droppings, starting after this post.

And this latest shit seems to my mind, nothing better than pre adolescent stupid shit, from the Owl.  I say that, because.  Instead of recognizing the limitations of her data set, as being woefully inadequate evidence upon which to make a broad statement.   She makes a broad statement about a large population, based on one person's quote.

Is this an example of the reasoning, lack of skills, of a dull witted sixth grader or seventh?  In any case, it is below what an eight grader student should be capable of.

Never mind the dullness of her  . . . let us not call it analysis.  That is too fancy a word for what seems to my mind to be a knee jerk, bigoted, old people smear of the kids.  I love the kids. A lot of those kids are actually smarter than a lot of people over the age of 70.  Shit, make that over the age of 40.   Bad enough to be so shallow to smear a whole bunch of kids based on one kid's quote?  But to get shit all that wrong?  But I have called out Owl's seeming lack of understanding of the most basic and obvious bits about human psychology.  And I mean above and beyond the mere onanistic  (not in the fleshy parts sense,) tiresomeness of looking at everything from one's own narrow point of view, and expecting others to share that, or be some how wrong, or inferior. I know I am being critical here. But there is a point I am leading to.

What the Owl does, or more is the point, failed to do, is take into account the actual reality of what it could have felt like, to have lived through the events at Columbia U., last night.   Shit.  I only started in the afternoon, listening to the campus station, then when shit really started going down, I was watching one of the local NYC news report web sites, for the video.  And just being a remote viewer, I went to bed, perhaps not shaken, but disturbed by what I saw.

So,  I am not only calling out shallowness, and lack of thoughtfulness on the part of the Owl.  She seems to lack basic human empathy.   At least here, with some kid who had just lived through that shit a few hours ago.  I have done some marching and protesting, and walking a picket line, in my years.  Never have I been caught up in shit like that.  Like I saw last night, on the web feed.

But it seems either the Owl was so lacking in empathy for others she just did not think.  That kid likely is still some kind of traumatized.  Or she don't give a fuck about other's people lived trauma. Some such.

She never seems to have thought about that kid, maybe she should not judge her?  Never mind, make some baseless generalization of a much larger population of kids, based on what this likely still cranked up and emotionally stressed kid was able to do and say, or not do and say, after that trauma.

My take. 

Ok.  Owl is on a blackout, for at least a week, starting now.

Can I prove I am right and they are wrong?  No.  But I believe in the likely operation of Occam's Razor, over some idiot's ability to read another idiot's mind.

I think the simplest explanation is she thinks she is a perfectly normal person, and anyone who judges her for what she thinks, says, or does is the weirdo.  The hater.  The woke menace.  What ever other criticism her twisted, seeming to me at least, sociopathic mind can consider.

Now the article regurgitates what has to be a mostly bullshit line about how no one will want to do business in NYC anymore.  That was allegedly a quote from someone close to bozo.  And there was some other line of bullshit that bozo losing his property will help him in the election?  Not likely.  And granted, I really want him to go so fucking nuts  the protective detail has to admit him to a psych ward, or hospital.  I don't have odds of it, but hey.  He is getting crazier, and crazier.  He might not even make it to the convention. As in, physically unable to be there.  Even maybe not able to be on camera remotely  (from a hospital room.)
