About that GM Loan Repayment?

Ok. It was not exactly as groovy a thing as we were first led to believe, but . . . it is not that that used tax payer money to pay off the loan. They used GM owned funds that were in escorow.

So does this mean GM's not turning around? Perhaps not as much or as fast as hoped for, but let's not count them out just yet. They do seem to have their shit together again. At least the high level finance zechys do!
