 I think I figured out the under story to why the christa cons went so crazy batshit about Weird Beard getting punished for what he said. And even if they can't stand any rejection of their religion (petty ninnies) it goes deeper than that. To explain, I have to reference something a republican very much ex friend said to me.

She once accused me of being a liberal because . . .  I had to be with the cool kids. Well I was not a dork. I did not think like a dork. So she was right at least to lump me in with the cook kids. But she had the cart before the horse. And she was projecting.

 Conservatives, particularly christa cons know they are repulsive (at least dorks.) And they know the rest of us do not like them because they are repulsive (at least dorks.) And even if they know there's nothing there to like, they hate it that the rest of us do not like them because they are repulsive (at least dorks.)

And that leads to the under story. Even if at face value they can't stand it that anyone does not believe the same bullshit they do. They consider any amount of deviation to be the same as hate, They really are more ripped because we do not like them. At core, we don't want to have to deal with the repulsive. With the dorks. And they would force us to, if they could. At least make us pretend.

This is Megyn Kelly. By national standards, she is a pretty woman. She works on 6th Avenue as do I, in NYC. 5 blocks away from me. So take me at my word please when I say based on 6th Avenue Mid Town standards. She is only slightly above average. After all, that is the edge of the Fashion District. There are actual bars actually full of actual fashion models a few blocks from where she works.

Anyway. My point is. Megyn Megyn Megyn! Why can't you let Santa be more like Elvis? There are many flavors of white Elvis. And there is Black Elvis. And there is Latino Elvis, otherwise known as EL Vez! And there is Arab Elvis, and even The Flying Elvi, Reno Chapter!

Further point is conservatives practice the art of evil. Their world view is one of exclusion. That is why she was able to get on air and say that stupid shit she said at first. And furthermore, that is why she could not offer even a false, dodgy, not enough apology. Never mind a sincere one.

PS.  What is with these well educated white blonde women who don't even seem to know  what it means  to be white?  First, we have Megyn, with her ridiculous  assertion that a semite born 2,000 more years ago  in Judea was white.  Then we have professor  Althouse, in her own comment  to her own  post about  MegynIsARacist  gate.  She doesn't seem to know  the difference between  caucasian  and white. 

Remember a while  back  that Nikki Haley  declared herself to be caucasian? Although  that could be technically  true  (blood lines  on the from the sub contintent are tricky things.)  Girl is in no way  likely to be confused with a white girl.  Nobody is calling her out as a Molly!

When Althouse Gets the Easy Simple Shit Wrong, She Totally Fucks That Shit Up. And There's That Whole Racism Part in the Story.

She Basically Lies About The Palin Story. By Omission.

Ok  Althouse.  I will put  aside Bashir's  errors, to start, but to say:

1.  Palin is a world class,  only  in one matter.  As a Troll.

2.  She deliberately  set out bait, hoping  someone would be stupid enough to take her bait, and

3.  Bashir fell for that shit.


Althouse's  racist-enabling forgiving  of Palin  stems  from her  (Althouse's)  leaving out  the following.  In the speech Palin  gave, she  telegraphed the racism  allegation for her  slavery  mis metaphor.  Stated  simply,   the evil racist bitch  Palin  basically  admitted she would get the racism charge thrown at her  for  going there.  And bitch  still went there.

We have a word for a bitch who does that.  That word is  racist.

Get it, Althouse?

Criticize Bashir  for being  too stupid  and lacking the good sense to pull his punch.  Blast him for not realizing that  he was  trying to out  troll a world class troll, and could actually succeed at it.
