The Clock Has Struck Midnight. Zero Hour Has Arrived. Is it Too Late to Save Society From Going Totally Bullshit?

Seems a possibility, based on the newest "faked" Obama slip.

Ok. I know I am biased in favor of Obama, but I am also biased in favor of reality, and reason, and logic, and the rules of syntax and usage for the English Language. And I am also biased in favor of actual common sense (not the sophistry some bullshitters try to pass off as common sense.)

So here is why I am all confused at this situation.

A prominent politician points out that a segment of a segment of a segment of the population is bitter, and spends a lot of it's time holding fast to the things they consider important, rights protected by the 1st and 2nd Amendments to the USCONST.

In response to that shocking act, some professional partisan hacks with axes to grind and paychecks to earn, decry that the politican noted that a segment of a segment of a segment of the population is bitter, and spends a lot of it's time holding fast to the things they consider important, rights protected by the 1st and 2nd Amendments to the USCONST.

And that, in turn, leads to bitter pronouncements by some members of that segment of that segment of a segment of the population.

Oh, and after the recrimination and the accusations, they laud those things they consider important, rights protected by the 1st and 2nd Amendments to the USCONST.

Has the society of the USA become that totally bullshit?

Seems so.
